Father’s Day is a special day, for all children and their fathers as it celebrates the bond of love and warmth that is eternal. For every child, the father is the symbol of strength that binds the entire family together. He is the first superhero in every child’s life.
With great enthusiasm and zeal, the students of GDSPS celebrated Father’s Day on a virtual platform on 20th June, 2021. Rejoicing this precious bond, the students were engaged in various class-wise activities. Class I students created beautiful badges for their super dads, while Class II wrote interesting acronyms.
Students of class III created wall hangings listing the things they admired about their dads.
To honour the fathers and thank them for their selfless love, students of class IV made beautiful cards and wrote a Thank you note. On the other hand, the students of class V put up pictures of their dads as virtual background and used vibrant adjectives to describe their fathers on the online platform. The children looked utterly endearing as they happily jiggled and wiggled during these fun activities.
The celebration helped in building a stronger bond between the kids and their fathers. It was a memorable event that will be etched in the hearts of the children forever.
