GDSPS celebrated Baisakhi with enthusiasm on Tuesday. The school was decorated depicting the harvest season. Children were explained about the importance of the festival by showcasing the Punjabi culture.
Montessori Wing:
The Nursery students were dressed in Punjabi attire. They were told about the origin and value of the festival of Baisakhi. They also did finger printing in cut out of corn. The students of KG classes had immense joy in doing corn printing.
They were dressed up in colorful dresses and spread happiness and cheer around.
