The keynote address was given by Mr. Ashok Ganguly, former Chairman, CBSE. He stressed on the effectiveness of leadership to help create outstanding schools. Learning should not be bound by the walls of an institution, nor confined to the pages of textbook, but it must begin where textbooks end and boundaries of school do not become barriers to learning.

Mr. Ganguly highlighted the most important workforce skills in the 21st century ranging from creativity to technological fluency. He also apprised the audience about the Digital Age Literacy. He related the lessons from the epic 'Mahabharata' which are still relevant in the present age. The educators need to integrate values from Mahabharara such as sagacity, diligence, sacrifice, impartiality to help overcome the concerns. He concluded the session with an advice to remain to remain happy, fit and cherish our lives. It was a very informative and enlightening session.
